If you do notice a mistake, please do let us know and we will change it.
White Runway, including our directors, partners, shareholders, employees and other thrid parties associated with running the Website is not liable to the maximum extent permitted by law to you or anyone else for any loss of income, profit, contracts, goodwill or financial loss or damage without limitation suffered as a result of negligence or otherwise arising in connection with use of this web site or the products sold on it.
To the extent permitted by law, White Runway's liability for breach of any implied warranty or condition which cannot be excluded is limited to the supply of the products again or the payment of the cost of having products supplied again.

If your account is suspended or terminated, you will not be able to access the Website or its services. If you are awaiting delivery of products, White Runway reserves the right to cancel your order and refund your original method of payment minus any losses incurred by White Runway caused by the breach of our terms and conditions.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Your Order Details
Kindly check your order to ensure all details are correct such as delivery address, sizes, colours and styles.
While we make every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the true availability of stock, sometimes an item shown to be available online may be out of stock. If an item you ordered is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and, based on your preference, either cancel and refund that particular item or your entire order.
Our orders are automatically processed so we regret that we are unable to make any changes to your order after placement. Cancellations are not accepted. Please refer to our returns policy on our website.
Bridal Party Orders
For bridal parties, orders should be placed together as one order. This will ensure the items are cut from the same batch of material and colours will match. If they are placed separately, there may be some slight colour differences.
The majority of our dresses are made to order for you and there can be slight colour variations ranging from 5-10% between different batches of material.
Production and Delivery
Custom and made to order dresses will only be processed and put into production once payment has been received in full. In stock items will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full. ZipPay orders are processed immediately after confirmation.
If your order consists of items that are in-stock and/or pre-orders and/or made to orders, items may be dispatched at different times depending on when they are ready for shipment.
Rush order delivery times are indicative, not guaranteed. The additional fee enables your order to be put into production as priority and best efforts will be made to have the order to you within the indicated time frame.
Delivery times stated do not account for any unexpected delays from Customs, natural disasters, and third party freight providers.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our Returns department at email@example.com as soon as possible prior to sending it back. We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty.
UK customers receive free DHL delivery and all duties/ taxes are included in the listed price.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
By placing an order with White Runway, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom and duty import fees and the cost of return shipping back to White Runway unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
Please check with your local customs office for any custom charges, duties or taxes which may be incurred. White Runway is not responsible for any customs charges or fees imposed.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods (unless faulty). We want you to love your purchases from White Runway so if that's not the case [subject to the exclusions below]:
(a) STANDARD ORDERS
White Runway accepts returns on online orders within 30 days of the delivery date (unless faulty).
All standard, non-customised orders can be returned for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Store credit is valid for 12 months and must be used in full on your next order with White Runway. This credit is not redeemable for cash and any unused credit will become invalid after use or upon expiry unless otherwise stated. All exchanges and orders placed with store credit are final.
This excludes made to order purchases from the following designers which can only be returned for a 50% restock fee:
Goddess By Nature and all Menswear Accessories i.e. Ties, Bowties and Pocket Squares
(b) CUSTOMISED ORDERS
Any customised orders can be returned for a 50% restock fee within 30 days of receiving your order (unless faulty). Customisation fees and delivery charges are not refundable.
Customised orders are any orders made in a custom colour or size or with customisations such as length, bra-suitable back, customised sleeves and/or double lining.
(c) SALE ITEMS
All sale and marked down items are final sale (unless faulty).
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our Returns department at soon as possible firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible prior to sending it back. We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty.
Please note that unless the item is faulty, the following items will not be accepted back for an exchange, store credit or refund:
(a) items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original condition;
(b) Sale items, marked down items, jewellery, gift boxes and underwear including Spanx and bras for hygiene reasons; and
(c) Showroom orders where customers have the opportunity of seeing and trying on dresses in the showroom with assistance from our experienced Stylists.
Online orders cannot be returned in store. Please see our detailed Returns Policy on www.whiterunway.com.au.
By signing up for our newsletter you agree to receive emails and promotional material. Your $20 subscription voucher can only be used once and is not redeemable for cash. This can only be used for online orders with a minimum value of $50 and cannot be redeemed on sale items.

Afterpay is a service that allows customers to pay for purchases over 4 equal instalments due every 2 weeks.
TO MAKE A PURCHASE USING AFTERPAY YOU MUST:
- Have an Australian residential address.
- Have a valid email address and mobile number.
- Be the holder of an eligible credit or debit card.
- Be over 18 years old.
HOW DO I USE AFTERPAY?
- Add garments to your shopping bag to the maximum value of $800.
- Choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout.
- Register or login to your Afterpay account and confirm payment.
- For first time users of Afterpay, the first payment is required at the time of purchase.
- If you wish to return your purchase partially or in full please adhere to our returns and exchanges process. Any future payments for that item and/or any instalments that you have paid will be processed in accordance with Afterpay’s returns policy.
- If a payment is not processed on or before the due date, late fees will apply. Please contact Afterpay as soon as possible if you won’t be able to pay on time.
